COOKIES (SEMPRIT, NASTAR & BROWNIES)



SEMPRIT
Materials that must be prepared include:
1. 200 grams of cornmeal
2. 150 grams of margarine
3. 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk
Steps:
1. Margarine and sweetened condensed milk mixed and shaken until smooth and smooth
2. Then add cornstarch into a mixture of margarine and mashed milk while stirring constantly and evenly

4. Place it on the baking sheet and give toppings to beautify the appearance like chocolate or egg yolks or leave it plain
5. Do roasting between 15 and 20 minutes

NASTAR
Materials that you have to prepare include:
1 wheat flour of 500 grams
2 Vanilla as much as 1 sachet
3 milk and 1 putting sachet
Material to shake:
5 granulated sugar is 1/2 cup
6 egg yolks as much as 2 items
7 butter as much as 450 grams
8 1 tablespoon butter

Cake ingredients:
wafers to taste
To be applied:
- 2 eggs yolk
- butter is found 2 tablespoons
- sesame to taste
Step of making:
beat the ingredients of sugar, egg yolks, butter and butter until evenly mixed, after that put the ingredients of flour, vanilla and white dancow milk a little bit until it runs out, so it is smooth. After being smooth, put the mixture into the refrigerator for 10 minutes (may be used immediately, or rest first in the refrigerator).

While waiting for the oven to heat, arrange the nastar which has been cut into a pan (don't forget to spread it with butter) then spread the nastar with egg yolk, then give sesame on top. After the oven is hot, put the nastar into the oven. Bake it for 20-25 minutes


BROWNIES
Materials that must be prepared include:
1. 100 grams of chocolate
2. As much as 60 grams of margarine
3. 90 grams of sugar
4. 1 egg
5. Flour as much as 65 grams
6. 10 grams of brown powder
7. Baking powder as much as 1/4 teaspoon
Step of making:
Chocolate and margarine are heated to melt through steaming. Then while steaming chocolate and margarine waiting to melt, do the sugar and egg shaking until the sugar dissolves. Next pour the chocolate mixture on the egg mixture and mix well.
Add flour + chocolate, powder + baking powder and mix again.
After everything is evenly mixed, put the mixture into the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, so the mixture is easy to pick up later. The dough is already cold, take a spoonful and put it on baking paper, * the paper must be coated to prevent it from sticking later. Bake at 150c for approximately 20 to 25 minutes
